Channels connect your agent to the platforms where your users communicate. Each agent can be connected to multiple channels simultaneously.

How Channels Work

When a message arrives on any channel:

  1. The channel transport receives the message
  2. Lenno routes it to the correct agent
  3. The agent processes the message using its AI provider
  4. The response is sent back through the same channel

Conversations are threaded per-channel, so context stays separate across platforms.

Web Chat

Every agent has a built-in web chat interface accessible from the agent’s Chat tab in the Lenno dashboard. This requires no setup and is always available.
