Channel Setup Guides
Channels connect your agent to the platforms where your users communicate. Each agent can be connected to multiple channels simultaneously.

How Channels Work
When a message arrives on any channel:
- The channel transport receives the message
- Lenno routes it to the correct agent
- The agent processes the message using its AI provider
- The response is sent back through the same channel
Conversations are threaded per-channel, so context stays separate across platforms.
Web Chat
Every agent has a built-in web chat interface accessible from the agent’s Chat tab in the Lenno dashboard. This requires no setup and is always available.
