Plain language summary: Lenno.ai provides a platform where you run automated AI agents inside isolated container environments. You have full control over what runs in your environment. That means you are fully and solely responsible for everything that happens in it. We provide the software platform — the tooling, APIs, and runtime environment that makes your agents work. We do not control, monitor, or take responsibility for your agents, your data, or the consequences of your actions. If you misuse this platform, we will terminate your account immediately and cooperate fully with authorities.

1. Parties and Acceptance

Lenno.ai is an AI agent automation platform operated by Hanso Pte Ltd ("Hanso", "we", "us", "our"), incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 201937629R), registered at 1 Phillip Street, #08-00, Royal One Phillip, Singapore 048692.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lenno.ai platform, including all features, APIs, agent runtimes, and documentation (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or accessing the Platform in any way, you ("User", "you") agree unconditionally to these Terms.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity. References to "you" apply equally to individuals and entities.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN FULL, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM. USE OF THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE.


2. Nature of the Platform — What We Provide

Lenno.ai provides a software platform that enables users to create, configure, and deploy automated AI agents running inside isolated containerised runtime environments ("Agent Environments"). The Platform is built on third-party cloud infrastructure. We do not provide cloud hosting, infrastructure, or compute services to users as a standalone offering; the compute resources provisioned within Agent Environments are an integral and inseparable component of the Platform and are not independently resold, licensed, or made available outside the Platform.

The relationship between you and Lenno.ai is best understood as follows:

  • You configure and control Agent Environments. Within the constraints of the Platform, you determine what your agents do, what tools they use, what data they process, and what external services they interact with.
  • We provide the platform layer. We operate and maintain the software, APIs, and infrastructure needed to run your Agent Environments.
  • We do not control your agents. We do not review, approve, direct, or monitor the specific actions taken by your agents in real time.
  • You have operational control. The instructions, permissions, integrations, and configurations you provide to your agents are yours. The outputs and actions of those agents are yours.

This division of responsibility is fundamental to these Terms. You accept full responsibility for everything that occurs within your Agent Environments and as a result of your agents' actions.

2.1 Third-Party AI Models

The Platform may utilise third-party AI models and large language models ("LLMs") provided by third-party vendors to power agent capabilities. The Platform supports two modes of access to third-party AI models:

  • Hanso-Provided Access. Hanso may provide access to certain third-party AI models through the Platform as part of your subscription. Where Hanso provides access, you acknowledge that such access is subject to the applicable model provider's terms of service, acceptable use policies, and usage restrictions, in addition to these Terms. Hanso makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of model outputs.
  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK). You may connect your own API keys for third-party AI model providers to the Platform. Where you provide your own API keys, you are solely responsible for your relationship with the model provider, compliance with their terms, and all charges incurred through your API keys. Hanso accepts no liability for your use of third-party AI models accessed via your own API keys.

Regardless of the mode of access, you acknowledge that:

  • Third-party AI model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
  • Hanso makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, safety, or suitability of any third-party AI model output.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and accepting or rejecting any output generated by third-party AI models within your Agent Environments.
  • Hanso is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the outputs or behaviour of third-party AI models, whether or not those outputs were generated within the Platform.

2.2 Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Hanso does not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or performance. The Platform may be subject to scheduled and unscheduled downtime for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. Hanso will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for unavailability or performance degradation.

2.3 Beta and Preview Features

From time to time, we may offer features, tools, integrations, or services designated as "beta", "preview", "early access", or similar ("Beta Features"). Beta Features are provided "as is" without any warranty. Beta Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Any data processed through Beta Features may be lost. Your use of Beta Features is entirely at your own risk, and the limitations and disclaimers in Sections 6 and 7 apply with full force.


3. Your Responsibilities as a User

By using the Platform, you accept sole and exclusive responsibility for:

  • All agent configurations, instructions, and workflows you create.
  • All actions taken by your agents, whether intended or unintended, including actions affecting third parties.
  • All data you submit to, process within, or generate through the Platform.
  • Ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction in which your agents operate or have effect.
  • Ensuring your agents comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform, API, or service they interact with.
  • Any consequences, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from your agents' actions against any person or entity.
  • Validating and accepting responsibility for all outputs generated by AI models within your Agent Environments.
  • Securing and maintaining the confidentiality of any third-party API keys you connect to the Platform.

You acknowledge that automated agents can cause real-world harm if misconfigured or misused. You accept full liability for such harm. Hanso accepts none.

3.1 Cross-Environment Agent Interactions

The Platform may enable agents in your Agent Environment to interact with agents in other users' Agent Environments ("Cross-Environment Interactions"). Where such interactions occur:

  • Each user remains solely and exclusively responsible for the actions of their own agents, including any actions triggered by, or taken in response to, interactions with another user's agents.
  • You accept full liability for the consequences of your agents' participation in Cross-Environment Interactions, including where the outcome results from a chain of actions involving agents controlled by other users.
  • Hanso is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from Cross-Environment Interactions, regardless of which user's agent initiated the interaction or contributed to the outcome.
  • If another user's agent causes harm to you through a Cross-Environment Interaction, your recourse is against that user, not against Hanso.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must register an account to access the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@lenno.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to verify your identity and the nature of your intended use at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.


5. Prohibited Use — Zero Tolerance Policy

This section is strictly enforced. Violation of any provision below will result in immediate account termination without refund, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil and/or criminal liability. We maintain records of all activity and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

5.1 Absolutely Prohibited — Criminal Activity

The following uses are strictly and absolutely prohibited under any circumstances. They are criminal offences in Singapore and most jurisdictions worldwide. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Creating, transmitting, storing, distributing, or facilitating access to CSAM or any sexual content involving minors. This is a criminal offence under Singapore's Films Act, Penal Code, and Children and Young Persons Act. We will report any such activity to the Singapore Police Force, Interpol, and NCMEC immediately upon discovery, without prior notice to the account holder.
  • Facilitating terrorism, terrorist financing, or activities supporting designated terrorist organisations.
  • Weapons development, including biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons.
  • Human trafficking, forced labour, or any form of modern slavery.
  • Fraud, money laundering, or financing of criminal organisations.
  • Any activity constituting a criminal offence under Singapore law or the law of any jurisdiction in which you or your agents operate.

5.2 Strictly Prohibited — Harmful and Illegal Activities

The following are also strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

  • Deploying agents that send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), conduct phishing, social engineering, or impersonation attacks.
  • Using agents to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, account, or data.
  • Deploying agents that conduct DDoS attacks or otherwise attempt to disrupt or degrade any system or service.
  • Scraping or harvesting personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws or third-party terms of service.
  • Deploying agents to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual.
  • Creating or distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code.
  • Violating any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Engaging in market manipulation, insider trading, or other financial crimes.
  • Violating Singapore's Computer Misuse Act, Personal Data Protection Act, or any equivalent legislation.

5.3 Prohibited Platform Abuse

You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
  • Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, usage caps, or security measures.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Platform to third parties as a standalone product without prior written consent.
  • Use the Platform to develop a directly competing product or service.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or exploits to the Platform or its infrastructure.

5.4 Resource Abuse

You must not consume Platform resources (compute, storage, bandwidth, API calls) in a manner that is excessive, disproportionate, or intended to degrade Platform performance for other users. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts engaging in resource abuse. Specific resource limits applicable to your subscription plan are set out in your plan documentation and may be updated from time to time. Exceeding plan limits may result in suspension of service, automatic upgrade, or overage charges as described in your plan.

5.5 Export Controls and Sanctions

You must not use the Platform in violation of any applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, or embargo regulations, including those administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States (OFAC, BIS), Singapore, or any other applicable jurisdiction. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of any country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and that you are not a designated or blocked person under any applicable sanctions programme. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your agents do not interact with, transmit data to, or operate in sanctioned jurisdictions or with sanctioned parties.

5.6 Reporting and Cooperation

We maintain logs of platform activity. We cooperate fully and proactively with Singapore law enforcement, Interpol, and relevant authorities worldwide. We will not notify you before complying with a lawful request from law enforcement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HANSO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

THIS DISCLAIMER EXTENDS TO ALL THIRD-PARTY AI MODELS, TOOLS, AND SERVICES ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM, WHETHER ACCESSED VIA HANSO-PROVIDED ACCESS OR YOUR OWN API KEYS. HANSO MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY OUTPUT GENERATED BY THIRD-PARTY AI MODELS.

YOU USE THE PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING WHETHER THE PLATFORM IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR USE CASE AND FOR MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF ALL DATA.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Liability for Agent Actions

HANSO ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANY AI AGENT OR AUTOMATED WORKFLOW CONFIGURED OR DEPLOYED BY YOU ON THE PLATFORM. THIS INCLUDES UNINTENDED AGENT BEHAVIOUR, AGENT ERRORS, AGENT INTERACTIONS WITH THIRD-PARTY SYSTEMS, CROSS-ENVIRONMENT INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS' AGENTS, DATA PROCESSED OR TRANSMITTED BY AGENTS, OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THIRD-PARTY AI MODELS (WHETHER ACCESSED VIA HANSO-PROVIDED ACCESS OR YOUR OWN API KEYS), AND ANY HARM, DAMAGE, OR LOSS CAUSED TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY BY YOUR AGENTS. YOU BEAR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL SUCH ACTIONS AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES.

7.2 No Liability for Data Loss

HANSO ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR THE LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY DATA STORED ON OR PROCESSED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF ALL DATA.

7.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HANSO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM.

7.4 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hanso's total aggregate liability to you for all claims of any kind arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to Hanso in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have paid no fees in that period — including if you are on a free tier, trial, or promotional plan — Hanso's maximum aggregate liability to you is zero (SGD 0).

7.5 Essential Basis

The limitations in this Section 7 are a fundamental and essential part of the agreement between you and Hanso. The Platform is made available at its current pricing only on the basis of these limitations.

7.6 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.


8. Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hanso, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the Platform, including any use that violates these Terms or applicable law.
  • Any actions taken by AI agents or automated workflows that you configure, deploy, or operate, including actions arising from Cross-Environment Interactions.
  • Any data you submit to, store on, process through, or transmit via the Platform.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Any claim brought by a third party as a result of your agents' actions.
  • Any regulatory investigation, fine, or penalty arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Your violation of any applicable export control, sanctions, or embargo regulation.
  • Any loss, claim, or liability arising from third-party AI model outputs accessed via your own API keys.

This indemnification obligation is unconditional and survives termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.


9. Data, Privacy, and Security

9.1 Ownership of Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to or generate through the Platform ("Customer Data"). By using the Platform, you grant Hanso a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to operate and provide the Platform.

9.2 Your Obligations Regarding Personal Data

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any personal data you process through the Platform complies with all applicable data protection laws in every jurisdiction in which you operate. You represent that you have a lawful basis for all personal data processing you conduct through the Platform.

9.3 Privacy Policy and Data Processing

Our collection, use, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.lenno.ai/privacy. Our security practices are described at www.lenno.ai/security. Data Processing Agreements for customers who require them are available at www.lenno.ai/dpa. These documents form part of these Terms.

9.4 Data Breach Notification

In the event of a confirmed personal data breach affecting your Customer Data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware, to the extent required by applicable law.

9.5 Data Retention

Customer Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law. Export your data before closing your account.

9.6 Sensitive Data

You must not submit healthcare records, payment card data, government-issued identification numbers, or data relating to minors to the Platform without a separate written data processing agreement with Hanso.

9.7 Data Residency

Agent Environments are hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure located in Singapore, the European Union (Finland), and Germany. Hanso may add additional hosting regions from time to time and will update this section accordingly. You acknowledge that Customer Data may be processed in any region where Hanso maintains infrastructure. If your use of the Platform is subject to data residency requirements, it is your sole responsibility to verify that the available hosting regions meet those requirements before submitting data to the Platform.


10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Platform is owned by Hanso or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform during your subscription.

You retain all intellectual property rights in your Customer Data and agent configurations.


11. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in your subscription plan, in SGD unless otherwise stated, exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice.


12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms (particularly Section 5), if we receive a complaint or law enforcement request relating to your account, if your use poses legal or security risk, if you fail to pay, or if required by law.

Termination for violation of Section 5 is immediate, without notice, and without refund. Sections 3, 5.5, 5.6, 7, 8, 9, and 14 survive termination.


13. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service your agents interact with, including third-party AI model providers. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms. This applies equally to third-party services accessed via Hanso-provided integrations and those accessed via your own API keys.


14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time of filing, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

  • The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore.
  • The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator.
  • The language of the arbitration shall be English.
  • The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date.


16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Security Policy, and any applicable Data Processing Agreement and subscription confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hanso regarding the Platform.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions continue in full force.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent. We may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Language: These Terms are in English. In case of conflict with any translation, the English version prevails.
